Position Overview

As a Corporate M&A Partner, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing complex mergers and acquisitions transactions for the firm's diverse client base. Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and manage high-profile M&A transactions from initiation to closing
  • Provide expert legal advice and strategic counsel to clients throughout the deal process
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, negotiate transaction agreements, and oversee closings
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
  • Actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives to drive firm growth
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex M&A transactions
  • Established client base/following with a minimum value of $1.5m
  • Strong business development skills and an extensive professional network
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to mentoring junior attorneys
  • Minimum hourly rate of $700 with flexibility for higher rates based on experience and expertise
