Data Center Partner - Leading US Law Firm

Our client, a leading American law firm with a global presence, is seeking an experienced Data Center Partner to spearhead their data center practice. Position Overview

As the Data Center Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading the data center practice, with a focus on leasing agreements. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in developing client relationships, driving growth strategies, and enhancing the firm's service offerings in collaboration with regulatory partners and other internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's data center initiatives while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the overall strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the data center practice, focusing on leasing agreements and driving growth
• Develop and nurture client relationships to expand the firm's data center client base
• Collaborate with regulatory partners and other internal teams to enhance service offerings
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering their professional development
• Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and initiatives related to the data center practice
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in data center leasing and a strong background in real estate
• Demonstrated ability to lead a practice and effectively manage client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A track record of successful business development in the data center space is preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in at least one US state
