As a Private Equity Associate Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in advising private equity funds, family offices, corporates, and strategic investors on a wide range of cross-border investment transactions. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile deals, including leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, club deals, growth equity, recapitalizations, and transactions in the distressed and turnaround sphere.
