Our client, an AM Law 100 firm known for its strong client relationships and excellent culture, is seeking to hire a partner to join its corporate tax team. The ideal candidate will be based in the Philadelphia area, although the firm is flexible and open to suitable candidates being based elsewhere in the United States.

The firm is looking for a senior associate or partner with 10 to 20 years of experience in the US corporate tax field. Suitable candidates should have a broad range of tax experience, including:

• US Corporate Tax
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Real estate
• ECEB
  

No established book of work is required for this position. The firm has recently expanded its operations and will have a wide range of tax work available, making this position suitable for any senior associate seeking promotion and career development within a thriving firm.

The firm works with a broad range of clients, from small and medium-sized enterprises to Fortune 500 companies, and has strong connections in sectors such as healthcare, private equity, real estate, funds, and technology.

The firm has gone from strength to strength in recent years, having made strategic hires and focused on organic growth. This resulted in a 20% increase in PEP in 2023, and the firm aims to further increase this in 2024.
